About Ewe Need It Wool Wash Bars
Ewe Need It solid wool wash bars are glycerine based and contain approx 30% lanolin. They are great for getting stains out as well. Because of the very high lanolin content and the very mild glycerin soap used in these bars (no sls which is a harsh chemical that produces lots of lather) there will not be alot of lather in these bars, you do not need suds and tons of lather to get the wool clean. The suds are emulsified as they come from the soap due to the high amount of lanolin in these bars. While you are filling your sink up simply run the warm water over the bar until your sink water is cloudy then you may soak the wool as normal. If you are using the bar on a stain please wet your wool first before gently scrubbing it with the bar. These also make great body soaps as well! After use please allow your soap to dry and not sit in water it will make them last longer:)
Wondering what the difference is between a wool wash bar & a liquid wool wash? The bar is wonderful for that ground in dirt...or whatever else typically can get on wool :) Scrub your wool with your bar and work the lather into the wool. I suggest gently rinsing your wool out immediately after washing with a wool wash bar and reshape and dry like normal. Your wool will get a deep down clean. Liquid wool wash is perfect for when your wool needs to be freshened up and perfect for lanolizing treatments. I like to add my lanolin into the wash with my liquid wool wash and allow the cover to soak. It is a good idea to have both kinds of wash on hand.
Choose from Yuzu or Love Spell scent. Both are heavenly, gender neutral scents.
Yuzu:AKA Japanese grapefruit. Yuzu is a fresh, sweet-citrus scent and perfectly gender neutral.
Love Spell: This is a very romantic scent, mixing light fruit, citrus, and florals. This is the scent we use to lanolize our Woollybottoms before they ship.
