I found I preferred this exact style for the twins.  A comfy elastic waist (faux drawstring), the ultimate softness of cashmere, and a comfort leg style, a neutral color that goes with everything.  This cashmere has been washed and felted to a great weight for cashmere, but the we recommend this pair for regular day use or to double up with another cover for heavier wetters.   Rise is about 15 and cuffable inseam is up to 7.
