This was a fun project and the only one we will be listing.  We started off with a big cashmere poncho and we washed twice in hot water to gently felt and fluff up the cashmere.  As a nod to its former life as a poncho, we opted to leave this in one piece and simply backed the neck hole with matching brown cashmere (as seen in the last photo).   We added a patchwork cashmere strip to the front side from cashmere scraps (no pink) we had saved up over the years. This blanket measures in at about 45" x 45".  It is the perfect size for a toddler to snuggle with, puddle pad, chilly weather, tummy time, etc. This blanket will NOT be lanolized.  Since all pieces have been pre-felted by washing, this blanket can be safely machine washed on a cool, gentle cycle and tumble dried on low.
